• Stat of art technology incorporating microcontroller with a backup of non-volatile memory.The apparatus provides 12 pulse rates digitally selected giving 0.25 , 0.5 , 1 , 2 , 5 , 10 , 25 , 50 , 100 , 150 , 200 , 225 , 250 pulses per second  , all positive going pulses of pulses width of 1 mS or 2 mS selectable.The pulse amplitude is variable from 0-30V peak to peak and is capable of giving single or train of pulses.Can also be triggered by an external source.
