Description:
It has been designed keeping in view customer requirements and easy serviceability of the equipment. All Quartz Double Distillation consists of demountable upper and lower boiler The lower boiler has a built in heater enclosed in a quartz boiler with a cup on top. The upper boiler has a built in quartz coil and condensing unit which is mounted on the boiler with the help of ball and socket joint. Double walled condenser ensures separate condensation of vapors coming from the two boilers using a single cooling circuit. The unit in mounted on a specially designed powder coated stand and is also provided with Safety Control Unit.

Please test the distilled water before use. 
We recommend a Quartz Reservoir for storage of High Purity Water.

Description:
It has the latest RO membrane technology in which raw water flows through a 5 micron filter to remove dust, dirt etc, then to carbon cartridge filter which takes out chlorine and organic chemicals and then to antiscalant cartridge. Description:
 Water Softener It softens the hard water and provides good quality water for use in laboratories. It helps to remove all the calcium and magnesium ions in hard water and the soft water thus obtained has hardness less than 5 ppm as CaCO3. It is specially designed for easy serviceability and recharging the resin with sodium chloride solution. The softened water can be used as feed water to the Distillation Units. The use of hard water in boilers, would leave the boiler with a lot of scaling and sedimentation, hence to improve the quality of the distillate and for longer life of the glass/quartz boilers, it is recommended to use softened water.

Description:
Water circulator can be used with any of the distillation units. The hot water coming out of the condenser outlet is usually led to sink. With the use of water circulator, the hot water is cooled using high efficiency cooling coils/fins via a heat exchanger and pumped back to the condenser inlet.
